This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule from anywhere in California. Your work schedule will typically span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you time to balance your professional commitments with personal well-being.

• Receive a consistent stream of client referrals through our marketing efforts, eliminating the need for self-promotion.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality interactions.
• Utilize real-time insurance verification systems to streamline the billing process and enhance client awareness of their coverage options.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California, demonstrating compliance with all professional standards and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
