• Deliver culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, while also providing case management tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Consult and collaborate with clients, their support systems, and internal and external providers to coordinate comprehensive client care effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely administrative and clinical records as per established RAMS policies and clinical standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Provide crisis intervention as required, utilizing your training and expertise to address urgent client needs.
• Offer consultation and guidance to Health Services Administration (HSA) staff regarding client care approaches and best practices.
• Participate proactively in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and individual/group supervision to enhance collaborative team efforts and professional growth.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, to inform treatment plans and recommendations.
• Support clients with work readiness and learning needs assessments, ensuring they understand the psychological evaluation process and providing them with appropriate feedback and recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports, inclusive of vocational insights geared towards the client’s comprehension level.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the fluid operation of counseling services.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing serious mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the wellness and recovery of clients struggling with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and grief.
