As a member of our outpatient team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and consultations with colleagues, while also ensuring comprehensive support for your clients. • Identify and utilize agency resources, services, and systems to enhance client support.
• Complete orientation and adhere to agency policies and procedures while engaging with staff and clients.
• Prepare for individual client sessions through thorough review of case notes and relevant research regarding client needs.
• Participate in supervision and collaborative learning experiences, including small groups, case studies, and analysis of recorded sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in both written and electronic formats in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate services with partner agencies, facilitate interdisciplinary meetings, and attend relevant clinical discussions.
• Research best practices and innovative approaches related to various mental health challenges as directed by supervisors.
• Conduct client consultations and assessments, working closely with other professionals to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Support therapists in interpreting psychometric assessments, scoring results, and discussing insights with clients and families.
• Engage in supervision sessions with site leadership to enhance clinical practice and professional growth.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to discussions concerning clinical improvement and organizational development.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure as a Social Worker (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory in accordance with state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third party.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and the ability to forge trusting relationships with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Proven background in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
