We are looking for licensed professionals—including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)—to provide exceptional therapeutic services to our diverse client population. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.

As a remote-based counselor, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space. • Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific issues.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to deliver individual therapy sessions.
• Set realistic, measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor client progress throughout the counseling process.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients' needs, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility issues or geographical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to abide by ethical standards and legal requirements pertinent to mental health practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.

Our client base includes individuals grappling with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Counselors will work with a diverse demographic, allowing for an enriching experience in understanding different perspectives and fostering effective therapeutic alliances.

• A current and valid state license as either LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• A strong commitment to empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a caseload and associated documentation.

Experience in working with clients facing challenges such as trauma, grief, and chronic mental health issues is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems will be advantageous for efficiency in a remote work setting.
