We are seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and is driven by income growth opportunities. In this role, you will work with warm leads and prospects to quote and sell personal lines insurance products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll manage follow-ups, cross-sell additional products, and help customers protect what matters most. Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and sales conversations
  • Quote and sell auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, specialty, and life insurance products
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative conversations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Maintain strong daily activity levels, including outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointments
  • Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing business
  • Organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
