This role is a 2nd Shift Position; hours are Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm EST
What You Will Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer logistics employees responsible for pre-posturing and placing orders of F-135-unit level parts to military bases and multi-use/depot sites
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, collaboration and employee engagement while also supporting talent management activities
  • Establish team priorities, assign workloads, and monitor daily operational performance to ensure customer requirements, service, and contractual commitment are achieved
  • Drive Unit Level and Depot Level fill rates and Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE) by analyzing trends, removing operational barriers, and implementing corrective actions
  • Proactively monitor spares' forecasts & usage at the operational sites and Multi-Use Warehouses (MUWs) and coordinate appropriate spares redistribution actions to satisfy forecasted demand
  • Direct the planning and execution of initial Base Support Package (BSPs) to support new site activations
  • Manage the return of the unserviceable assets from unit level sites back to HFFR

Qualifications You Must Have
  • BS/BA degree
  • 8 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management, or an Advanced degree with 5 years of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management experience

Qualifications We Prefer
  • A minimum of 5+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience; OR an Advanced
  • Logistics/warehousing/supply chain experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired
  • Proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas VLOOKUP, etc.) is highly desired
  • Analytical skills are a must for an FLS; individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
