Our Dallas team is expanding! We're looking for a driven Attorney with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for detail to join us in providing exceptional legal representation. This role focuses on handling a diverse range of insurance litigation cases, from initial strategy to resolution. A fully remote work option is available, ensuring flexibility without sacrificing professional development.

About the Role:

In this position, you will oversee your own caseload while collaborating closely with senior attorneys to craft winning litigation strategies. You'll be entrusted with significant client interaction, offering you the opportunity to hone your legal skills across various complex cases. Prior experience in general liability, insurance litigation, or similar fields will be key to your success in this role. Experience with transportation defense is a welcome bonus but not required.
