Radiant Life Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team in a fulfilling remote position. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify their unique needs and challenges.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s situation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing records, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with the specified timeliness standards.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies aimed at supporting stable functioning for your clients.
  • Prepare discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition for clients when therapy concludes.
  • Adhere strictly to all federal and state laws as well as internal policies and procedures related to mental health practice.
  • Stay current in the field through ongoing professional development, participating in training and continuing education opportunities.
  • Engage actively in case consultation meetings and interdisciplinary agency meetings to enhance care coordination.
  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training in accordance with state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
