Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a personalized and client-focused approach.
  • Provide individual and family therapy based on specific needs identified during assessments, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.
  • Manage all billing and documentation processes, including individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, ensuring completion within established time frames.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at maintaining clients' stable functioning and overall well-being.
  • Create effective discharge plans to facilitate smooth transitions for clients at the conclusion of their therapy.
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations as well as Radiant Life Counseling Center's policies and procedures, maintaining ethical standards of care and practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in agency meetings and case consultations to collaborate with colleagues and enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training required to maintain professional qualifications.
Patient Population / Client Focus
