US-Based Appointment Setter

And we're looking for an US-Based Appointment Setter to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Cold calling from the client's provided lead list (expect around 80 dials per shift)
  • Geographically efficient scheduling
  • Email follow-up with prospects
  • Handling basic FAQs using a provided script
  • Organizing the lead list

Required Tools
  • Excel/spreadsheet management
  • Calendar management system
  • Phone/calling system
  • CRM/Sales outreach tools

Qualifications:
  • US-based candidate required
  • Strong outbound sales/appointment setting experience
  • Geographical scheduling skills
  • Basic spreadsheet and calendar management

Technical Requirements:
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
