Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across varying age groups, tailored to their unique needs.
• Stay on top of administrative duties by efficiently documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records for each client.
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized and accessible calendar.
• Work effectively with a diverse range of clinical presentations and foster a comprehensive approach to therapy.
• Utilize our billing service for efficient handling of claims, client accounts receivable, and insurance eligibility verification, thereby streamlining the financial aspects of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a varied client base requiring emotional support in hospice settings. Therapy may address complex issues related to end-of-life care, grief, family dynamics, and coping strategies, empowering clients and their families with the tools needed to navigate these challenging experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current state licensure as an independent LCSW is required.
• Exemplary professionalism, cultural competency, and effective therapeutic boundaries.
• Strong self-motivation, organizational abilities, and adept time-management skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and skills, along with potential bonuses. Our compensation structure recognizes and rewards therapist contributions significantly.
