Personal Lines Account Manager

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for clients throughout the policy lifecycle, helping them navigate coverage needs, service requests, renewals, and policy changes with confidence. In this role, you'll manage a personal lines book of business while partnering with clients, carriers, and internal team members to deliver accurate, timely support. You'll leverage agency systems, carrier platforms, and your insurance knowledge to help clients protect what matters most while supporting the continued growth and success of the agency.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts while delivering responsive, high-quality client support.
  • Review new business and renewal policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections to ensure proper coverage and documentation.

  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Associate degree.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
