Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals and families facing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and establish initial discharge plans to guide client treatment effectively.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as part of individualized treatment plans, adapting approaches based on client needs.
• Develop initial treatment plans and coordinate necessary resources, revising them as needed to ensure optimal client care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding therapy services provided to each client, adhering to facility and professional standards.
• Manage and oversee an assigned caseload, effectively prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet client needs.
• Engage in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to develop cohesive treatment strategies and facilitate ongoing patient services.
• Deliver services in both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed, demonstrating flexibility to meet client requirements.
• Exhibit a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward all clients and colleagues.
• Address and resolve client complaints proactively, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Prioritize patient safety in every aspect of service delivery, maintaining a focus on creating a secure therapeutic environment.
• Perform additional functions and duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus
