• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to understand their unique challenges, strengths, and any underlying issues.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a range of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes, ensuring adherence to best practices in clinical record-keeping.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and consultation to refine clinical skills and stay current with new developments in therapy.
• Engage clients in the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Promote an ethical practice environment by upholding client confidentiality and adhering to the code of conduct set forth by professional licensing boards.

Our therapists work closely with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The variety of presenting issues ranges from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and family dynamics. • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• A valid Oregon license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.

• Exceptional communication skills to ensure effective virtual care delivery and client engagement.
• Proficiency in using digital therapy tools for telehealth services.

• At least 2 years of experience providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
