Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and document transitions between hospital/inpatient services and our programs as needed, ensuring seamless care continuity for our clients.
  • Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to support individuals during potentially volatile situations, serving as the Clinician of the Day when required.
  • Conduct and document thorough risk assessments and safety plans, ensuring all documentation is completed on the same day for clients with an elevated risk of requiring crisis services.
  • Prepare and submit critical incident reports within 24 hours, providing insights into any serious occurrences to enhance our service delivery.
  • Share responsibility for after-hours phone support with team members to ensure continuous care coordination.
  • Collaborate proactively with clients to develop strategies to minimize the need for crisis interventions.
  • Maintain crisis alerts and actively coordinate with county crisis services to ensure timely access to resources for participants.
  • Handle additional duties as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our mental health services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, tailoring your approach based on their unique experiences and needs, and empowering them through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • An independent license to practice in the state where you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Strong mental acuity encompassing educated judgment, effective communication, empathetic listening, and flexible analytical skills.
