• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic methodologies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to form holistic treatment approaches, engaging with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other social workers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in social work and mental health, integrating new findings into your practice to improve treatment methodologies.

Your primary focus will be individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your approach to meet their specific emotional and psychological needs. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, empowering them to achieve sustainable mental wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Connecticut.
• Proficient communication and problem-solving skills capable of building trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.

• Experience working with individuals dealing with trauma-related issues and mental health conditions, particularly in a clinical or community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record management.
