• Provide comprehensive virtual therapy sessions, utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework to equip clients with tools to manage their mental health.
• Document session notes and clinical assessments in a streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage regularly in clinical consults with fellow practitioners to enhance collective knowledge and share best practices.
• Participate in continuous education through our provided CEU courses to stay current with industry developments and improve your therapeutic skills.
• Maintain a consistent and manageable caseload during regular weekday hours, free from the demands of night or weekend shifts, and without on-call responsibilities.

The clients you'll serve come from diverse backgrounds and situations, presenting with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Your role as a therapist will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster a positive therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably with a background in CBT.

• Experience in teletherapy and utilizing digital health tools to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Familiarity with best practices in mental health treatment and a strong foundation in evidence-based interventions.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
