Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through meticulously crafted CBT programs designed to address their unique mental health needs.
• Utilize our user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for documentation, ensuring all interactions and treatment plans are recorded efficiently.
• Participate in regular team-based learning, including peer consultations and clinical review sessions, to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a focus on client care and therapy delivery without the distractions commonly found in less organized settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Thought Matters, you will engage with a diverse array of adult clients, each facing their own mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Must hold an active mental health license in Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Clinical Master's degree or Doctorate in a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of full licensure experience in a clinical setting.
