Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s level degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted license (LCSW-C, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD) that allows independent practice in the state of Maryland.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy to adults in a clinical setting.
  • Skilled in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for producing clear and comprehensive session documentation.
  • A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.
