As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Tree of Life, your daily responsibilities will encompass various and critical tasks that promote effective treatment planning:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Lead individual therapy sessions that employ diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, tailoring these to the unique needs of each client.
• Track client progress through the establishment and monitoring of therapeutic milestones, ensuring an adaptive approach to treatment as needed.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients, enhancing accessibility and convenience in their care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to uphold ethical standards and support continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect empathetically with clients.

While all qualified candidates will be considered, those with prior experience in community health settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with digital therapeutics or teletherapy platforms is also a valuable asset in enhancing our remote treatment capabilities.
