The Vice President, Marketing role will be based in our Loveland, Colorado hub office. This position may also be based in our New York City or Fountain Valley, California hub offices, though preference will be given to Colorado. The hiring base salary range for this position is $211,000-$263,000. This position also offers a generous incentive plan. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose/Overview
The Vice President, Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including leading product commercialization, commercial marketing, and field marketing, to drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion across North America. This role leads cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring customer-centric approaches and maximizing commercial impact. The VP will serve as a key strategic partner to Field Sales, Corporate Accounts, Commercial Operations, Medical, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth and innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth Strategy
  • Provide direct leadership and management of the Product Commercialization, Commercial Marketing, and Field Marketing, fostering a high-performance culture with clear accountability and development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals and market opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic leadership conduit between Product Commercialization, Field Sales, Corporate Accounts, Commercial Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Define and communicate the North America marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion change management initiatives supporting new product launches and strategic business initiatives.

Marketing & Commercialization
  • Oversee the end-to-end commercialization process for new products and services, including launch planning, market support, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Research teams to prioritize product roadmaps based on market needs and competitive landscape.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics platforms to optimize marketing campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, sales tools, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales enablement.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear accountability and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing programs effectively support sales objectives and customer engagement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment to drive seamless execution of marketing and growth initiatives.

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Act as a spokesperson and leader for marketing initiatives at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, customers, and key stakeholders to build trust and alignment.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA or related field).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, growth strategy, product commercialization, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing and growth initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex projects.
  • Strong background in customer-centric marketing, demand marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
