  • Strong understanding of KPIs, experimentation, adoption metrics, and data-driven iteration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills across customers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and support recommendations with customer insights and data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience using AI for prototyping, experimentation, workflows, or product development.
  • Experience developing products for small businesses or their employees.
  • Experience helping build or mature a growing Product organization.
  • A strong builder mentality and comfort creating structure from the ground up.
Benefits and Perks:
  • Annual bonus opportunity with total on target compensation potential of $219,000
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
  • Generous retirement plan with employer match up to IRS limits
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance
  • Up to 35 remote workdays annually
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
Your New Organization:
Join an established financial services organization investing heavily in digital innovation, AI, and new product development. As a founding Product leader, you'll help discover customer needs, build new products from the ground up, and shape an emerging Product organization while benefiting from the resources and stability of an established company.
