This position is remote, allowing counselors the ability to work from home while still being connected to a supportive team. • Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to a range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, leveraging evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate comprehensive client care and enhance collaborative practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed about new research findings and innovations in mental health counseling.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population that may include individuals dealing with issues related to stress management, work-life balance, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health concerns. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices and client support.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards relevant to the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build connections with diverse clientele.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and knowledge of relevant counseling applications.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care.
• Track record of successful collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 60,000 and reaching up to USD 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
