  • Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback

  • Assistwith escalated calls and issue resolution as needed

  • Monitor team chat to provide support andalignon project priorities

  • Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedules

  • Supervise both local and remote team members

  • Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications

  • Active resident Health Producer License

  • Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor, leading a team of licensed health insurance agents

  • Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs

  • Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
