  • Support customers in wide web flexographic and gravure printing environments
  • Troubleshoot print defects, ink performance issues, and pressroom challenges
  • Lead press trials, product launches, and technical audits at customer sites
  • Optimize ink and coating performance across various substrates
  • Partner with internal teams to develop technical solutions for customers
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts
  • Maintain technical reports, service documentation, and communication logs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to solvent handling and VOC standards

  • 5+ years of experience supporting wide web flexographic and/or gravure printing
  • Strong background with water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings
