• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs and establish tailored treatment plans that promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support clients through diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with clients to develop actionable strategies that enhance their self-awareness, resilience, and coping mechanisms.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards while documenting client interactions and progress in a secure manner.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings, contributing to a shared knowledge base.
