Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients upon intake to evaluate their mental health status and develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients with coping strategies and support their emotional healing.
  • Provide psychoeducation for families, offering resources and guidance that encourage constructive engagement in clients’ recovery journeys.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards to ensure effective continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage clients and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Experience
