Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students currently enrolled in clinical licensure programs, enhancing their skills and guiding their professional development.
• Deliver personalized and evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns and goals.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Utilize treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients while integrating current research and best practices into therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that client information is accurate and confidential.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in therapy, including workshops and training relevant to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Collaborating closely with clients, you will develop treatment strategies that encourage healing, self-discovery, and growth, emphasizing empowerment at every stage of their journey. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current valid license issued by the state of California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance with practice standards.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting, with an understanding of the specific challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Prior experience in supervising or mentoring emerging mental health professionals is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support your transition into the role.
