About the Organization

At Safe Horizon Recovery Facility, our primary focus is on leveraging technology to foster accessible and effective behavioral health care. Our mission is to improve millions of lives by bridging the gap between need and treatment. We aim to deliver mental health services that not only address the immediate needs of our clients but also promote ongoing wellness and resilience. Our collective ambition is driven by a shared passion for helping people recover and maintain their mental health.

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. Our digital infrastructure supports a collaborative environment, where you will work closely with a team of behavioral health professionals who are committed to patient-centered care. Regular team meetings and supervision sessions are held virtually, fostering ongoing professional development and engagement.

  • Engage with clients through virtual sessions, focusing on their individual goals and maintaining a consistent schedule of approximately 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
  • Document session notes meticulously and provide follow-up communication and care coordination recommendations based on participant needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and to streamline the acquisition of consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify high-risk situations and employ appropriate safety protocols to respond to elevated safety concerns in alignment with company procedures.
  • Actively participate in supervisors' meetings, monthly team gatherings, and company-wide Town Hall events to remain engaged and informed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies through annual training.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be serving a diverse client population who seek mental health support through telehealth platforms. Clients may present a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other behavioral health issues. You will utilize structured, evidence-based protocols to empower participants with actionable skills and foster lifelong healthy habits.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent schedule and commitment to patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • Clinical experience with psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches is highly valuable.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education that promote your professional growth.
