You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team via telehealth platforms, using state-of-the-art tools to engage effectively with clients and track their progress. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with a primary focus on mental health, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being.
• Perform thorough client assessments to identify treatment needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. Our clinic serves individuals and families seeking support in strengthening their emotional resilience and improving interpersonal relationships. Your role will importantly contribute to creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while navigating their therapeutic journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in California with a clean ethical record.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with clients.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and adapt to a quickly evolving healthcare landscape.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with families and couples.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with managing virtual case records.
• Continuing education or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually along with a robust benefits package.
