Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health services to patients facing a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, taking into account their emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the patient's unique needs, cultural background, and preferences.
• Monitor and document patient progress, regularly adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback and clinical judgment to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and supportive community resources.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a well-coordinated approach to every patient's care.
• Uphold ethical standards of practice, including confidentiality and informed consent, in every patient interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Riverplace Counseling, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents who may experience a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Riverplace Counseling provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
