We focus on creating a supportive environment that prioritizes recovery and promotes long-term wellness. Our team comprises healthcare professionals who work collaboratively to ensure each patient receives comprehensive and personalized treatment.

Your remote workspace will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to ensure seamless communication and effective patient management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and address the unique challenges faced by each patient.
  • Provide psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients experiencing various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other substance use-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to facilitate coordinated patient care.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their response and feedback.
  • Educate and support patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in recovery.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards by ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent from all patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW in our detox center, you will work primarily with patients who are in the recovery process from substance use disorders and may also have co-occurring mental health conditions. This role requires understanding the complex interplay between substance use and mental health, as you will support individuals during one of the most transformative periods of their lives. Your expertise will help them navigate the emotional and psychological challenges they face as they work toward recovery.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services is essential.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills to conduct comprehensive assessments and construct evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient information and coordinating care.
  • A breadth of knowledge regarding mental health disorders and an understanding of the challenges patients face during treatment.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care or experience in detox and substance use treatment. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will also be considered an asset.
