Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to clients diagnosed with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral health, utilizing tools and methodologies that reflect best practices in the field.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to promote holistic and coordinated care strategies.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) for meticulous documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about various mental health conditions and available resources, ensuring that they feel informed and empowered during the treatment process.
• Maintain adherence to ethical practices, including securing informed consent and maintaining confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities who are experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy or mental health services.
• Proven ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients, characterized by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
