- Serves as a technical subject matter expert in Epic scheduling applications and a key partner to access, clinical, and operational teams, ensuring system design, configuration, and integrations support safe, reliable, and high-quality care delivery workflows.
- Manages team capacity and resource allocation across a high volume of operational and strategic work, including intake, prioritization, and escalation of requests. Identifies gaps and partners with leadership on staffing and resourcing strategies to meet demand.
- Coordinates and executes work across cross-functional teams, including access, operations, informatics, and IT, providing technical leadership on Epic scheduling design, configuration, and integrations to deliver enhancements and projects that improve workflows, standardization, and patient outcomes.
- Ensures builds are aligned with scheduling system standards, governance, and best practices in partnership with access, clinical, operational, and IT leadership to ensure consistency across regions and specialties.
- Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and improve scheduling effectiveness, supporting organizational quality, access, and patient experience goals.
