Job description

Position: IT Asset SOW Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months contract
Description:
The IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the Solution Architect for IT Asset Disposition. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in documentation, data entry, and while minimal coordination across internal teams including Sales, Partners, and SOW Processing.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) for customer delivery, ensuring correct markup, margins, and required documentation.
  • Attach finalized SOWs to the appropriate Salesforce cases and communicate status updates to Sales.
  • Assist with Partner SOWs (PSOWs) by submitting requests to SOW Processing and entering required data into Agiloft for executable document creation.
  • Notify Partners when SOWs have been submitted into Agiloft for pipeline visibility and update Salesforce cases with corresponding Agiloft numbers and status details.
  • Build estimates within Salesforce for engagement creation, ensuring document execution, pricing compliance, and accurate data entry.
  • If estimatedproject moves forward, maintain and update the approved opportunities spreadsheet for the promotion program.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Agiloft.
  • Experience managing and coordinating project pipelines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of SOWs
  • Ability to work as a team as the Solution Architect will also help with these tasks and communication will be key.
