• Implement and administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities suited to each client's specific circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal quality standards, ensuring that each patient’s progress is effectively tracked and reported.
• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to coordinate proactive and comprehensive care approaches for our patients, promoting seamless treatment developments.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that enrich your professional growth and enhance the collective expertise within our team.
• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing crucial information regarding mental health conditions, treatment paths, and external community resources, enabling informed decision-making.

The patient population you will engage with consists primarily of individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. These clients often require a compassionate and multifaceted approach to address their specific needs, and your expertise will play a crucial role in their recovery process. Your holistic assessment and intervention strategies will contribute significantly to improving their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in social work principles.
