In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a range of fulfilling responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being of our patients and the professionalism of our practice:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' needs, histories, and aspirations, crafting tailored treatment plans that prioritize evidence-based solution-focused interventions.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques, adapting your approach to suit each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA requirements and organizational standards, thus safeguarding patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, participating in treatment planning that ensures holistic and integrated mental health services.
• Facilitate educational workshops and sessions, empowering patients and their families with vital information on mental health, therapeutic processes, and available community resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting continuous growth and enhancement in service delivery.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in the mental health field, integrating new insights into practice to consistently elevate patient care standards.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking detoxification and mental health support in a dedicated retreat-like environment. You will work with a diverse population including adults who struggle with substance use issues, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, demonstrating your strong academic foundation in the field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, affirming your professional qualifications and adherence to regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, specializing in psychotherapy services that contribute to your well-rounded expertise.
