Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while being part of an experienced and dynamic mental health team. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Balance Breeze Center, you will engage in a variety of vital tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological and emotional needs, developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.
• Administering diverse therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to align with each client's unique situation and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, emphasizing the importance of privacy and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborating actively with a team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, attend case consultations, and participate in peer review meetings that contribute to ongoing professional development.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health treatment options and community services, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking detoxification and mental health support. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, demonstrating your advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in the field.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential, reflecting your commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

We value your expertise and dedication, offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience.
