• Conduct thorough assessments of the mental health needs of students and families, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual evaluations.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based modalities to promote emotional healing and resilience.
• Deliver consultations with educational staff to enhance student support, collaborating with teachers and administrators to facilitate positive behavioral interventions that contribute to student success.
• Manage a diverse caseload, documenting all client interactions and progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic care and align treatment strategies with the broader educational objectives of our partner schools.
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal behavioral health policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.
• Screen students for potential substance abuse issues and coordinate appropriate referrals to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse student population, addressing a wide array of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. The LCSW will play a pivotal role in destigmatizing mental health support within the school community, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages students to seek help.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license to practice in Colorado.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency with a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic techniques and mental health protocols.
