Job description

TEKsystems has a full time placement need for a Project Manager with INFOR Syteline implementation experience. Role can be remote but will require travel to Colorado as often as 1 week a month.

Our customer is beginning a mulit-year technology transformation program which has the following components: migrating to a modern ERP platform (Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine), master data management, and Salesforce (Service & Sales clouds). To help with the delivery of the ERP portion of the project they are hiring a Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager. This will be a direct hire, full-time employee.

While the company is headquartered in the Denver/Boulder area they are open to remote candidates, though it's required the candidate travel to the HQ office one week each month (normally Monday - Thursday travel) during program implementation.

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation initiative focused on modernizing our enterprise systems and data infrastructure. As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, directing, and coordinating program activities. Your goal will be to ensure timely implementation and collaboration while staying within the project budget, ensuring successful and efficient delivery.

This role reports directly to the Vice President, Information Technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology at an accredited university.

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.

• Proven project management experience delivering global ERP transformations across multiple regions, business units, and functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.

• Hands-on experience leading or managing Infor CloudSuite implementations (preferably CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline or equivalent Infor ERP platforms) strongly preferred.

• Proven experience managing third-party system integrators and implementation partners.

• Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle global ERP implementations including planning, design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.

• Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and manage complex project plans and budgets.

• Experience operating within PMO governance frameworks using structured program management methodologies.

• Strong understanding of change management and business process transformation.

• Experience with master data management and data governance frameworks.

• Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

• PMP certification required.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed during key phases of the program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and issue resolution to ensure timely and effective program execution.

• Manage implementation partner performance, deliverables, and accountability.

• Ensure alignment between business transformation objectives and system deployment activities.

• Lead ERP implementation governance processes including RAID management, steering committee reporting, and executive communications.

• Coordinate change management and business readiness activities.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resource planning, and concurrent workstream coordination.

• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all program/project deliverables.

• Proactively identify delays, concerns, or risks within the projects and ensure that they are addressed accordingly.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, project health metrics, and critical milestone reporting.

• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with project roadmap by maintaining a thorough understanding of the scope, budget, and expectations of the project.

• Establish structured processes for scope management, enhancement tracking, and change control.
