Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Provide direct psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and remain current in best practices.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, particularly when working with schools and community organizations.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals and share insights for improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our model emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity, allowing you to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, including culturally diverse populations. Your role will focus on facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships and promoting mental wellness through empathetic communication and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state license (such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) permitting the delivery of unsupervised mental health services.
• A clean record, free of disciplinary action by any licensing board.
• Proficient writing skills for clear and effective documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Commitment to ethical practices and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health treatment.
• Prior experience with intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Proficiency in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based treatment methods.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. New team members will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, further incentivizing your decision to join our organization.
