Reports to: Senior Paid Strategist

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Hybrid Work Schedule: This is a hybrid role with a set schedule. Team members work in our Portland office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

What You’ll Do

Work across client accounts to support campaign execution, platform optimization, and media reporting. You’ll gain foundational buying experience, assist with campaign setup and troubleshooting, and contribute to internal process management while building the skills to take on deeper client-facing work.


Your Day to Day

  • Launch and QA ads across platforms following Sparkloft standards
  • Execute audience setup, budget pacing, and platform optimization
  • Manage campaign documentation, tracking sheets, and asset delivery
  • Build baseline reports and data summaries for internal and client review
  • Join client meetings and provide project-based updates
  • Stay current on platform updates, creative specs, and audience trends


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience (internship or entry-level) in digital marketing or paid media
  • Familiarity with campaign platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Possesses AI literacy, with the ability to utilize generative AI and data analytics to optimize workflows and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with creative specs and asset trafficking
