Job description

Connoisseur Media is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Corporate team. This full-time role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep financial operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with teams across the company. This hybrid position is based in Portland, Oregon, and requires one to two days per week in the office for weekly pay runs and mail sorting, along with several in-office days at the start of the role for training.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure all payables are processed accurately and recorded in a timely manner
  • Assist with weekly payment runs
  • Process new vendor requests in NetSuite
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of critical vendor invoices
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and market managers
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Associateโ€™s Degree in Accounting or two years of accounts payable experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Basic understanding of double-entry accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to interact professionally with management and staff at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience in broadcast media or multi-location companies
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with NetSuite
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000
