About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing at Monks, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, drive engagement and achieve measurable results. Your exceptional project management and communication skills will be key in delivering successful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives, target audiences, and evolving market trends.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring successful delivery from strategy through launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with the Director of Influencer Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop global campaign roadmaps and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, production, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution across channels and international markets.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans that drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, creator trends, audience behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for clients, providing proactive communication, campaign updates, and performance insights.
  • Present campaign strategies, recommendations, and results to clients.
  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Campaign Performance & Budget Management
  • Define success metrics and monitor campaign performance to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Develop post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Influencer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners across global markets.
  • Oversee influencer sourcing, vetting, negotiations, contracting, and campaign execution.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
