This role is positioned within a remote work setting, enabling you to manage your schedule effectively while providing community-based outpatient therapy. Our location operates Monday through Saturday, allowing flexibility for your work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by integrating evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies suited to client goals.
• Engage in continuous communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress, collaborating effectively to adjust care strategies in real-time.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with industry standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide ongoing case management for patients, including consultations with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Clients range from children to elderly individuals, presenting a wide spectrum of backgrounds and needs. This role allows for flexible engagement styles tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, fostering an environment of trust and healing.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) in New York State is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Strong willingness to commit to working 10 to 40 hours a week, depending on availability and client needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery systems and a proactive approach to teletherapy practices is preferred.
• Experience in case management and interdisciplinary collaboration would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, benefits include:
