Job Title: Telehealth Pediatric Infectious Disease Physician (KS, CO, WY, NE licensed)
Position Type: 1099/Part-Time
Rate: up to $128 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a flexible and experienced Pediatric Infectious Disease (ID) physician who specializes in diagnosing and treating infectious disease in children. Consults will be scheduled based on hospital referrals and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely infectious disease consultations based on hospital referrals (e.g., skin and soft tissue infections, cellulitis, general ID concerns).
  • Conduct evaluations and documentation within 24 hours of referral.
  • Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Consults will be scheduled the same day or next morning based on time of referral.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric ID.
  • Interstate license preferred. KS, CO, WY, NE required.
  • Comfortable working independently and flexibly within hospital-based systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Schedule & Availability:
  • Consults scheduled around physician's availability and patient acuity.
  • Must be available to see referred patients within 24 hours.
