Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive the growth and management of key national accounts within the industrial filtration market. This role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, experience managing national or multi-site accounts, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic national customer accounts by building long-term relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer retention objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new customers in the industrial sector.

  • Conduct virtual and occasional on-site meetings with customers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements.

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful execution of customer agreements.

  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends, forecast revenue, and prepare regular business reports.

  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM and ERP systems.

  • Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to support product improvements and business growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support promotional activities and product awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within filtration, manufacturing, or technical products.

  • Proven experience in national account management, business development, and customer relationship management.

  • Experience managing multi-site customers and/or national distributor partners is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ERP systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to travel as required for key customer meetings and account management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to discuss industrial product specifications and applications with customers.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in industrial filtration, manufacturing, or related technical industries.

  • Experience working with national distributors and enterprise-level industrial customers.

  • Demonstrated success managing large account portfolios and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience handling average enterprise-level deal sizes in the industrial B2B market.
