NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. Workday Product Manager
Details:
Senior Workday Product Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Client is planning to roll out Job Architecture and need a strong product owner to effectively communicate with both our business partners and the engineering teams and deliver predictable value.
MUST HAVE:
This is a hands on tactical position and we need this person drive requirements to execute on this very critical initiative. Should be strong on creating documentation and facilitate development process- create user stories, defining acceptance criteria, review and validate developed features.
Accountabilities:
Gain deep understanding of the business context and users' needs, partner with engineering team in setting the future state vision and roadmap of the application.
Drive successful collaboration across business users, product, engineering teams, and other internal teams.
Champion for change, apply product-led and user-centric best practices.
Work with engineers and users to identify, classify and resolve feature-level user issues.
Ensure success product launch and user adoption, with documentation and training materials for users in support of product launches.
Key Values and Behaviors:
Due to the highly collaborative and enterprise facing app, all 4 FINRA values (collaboration, expertise, innovation, responsibility) will be key to the success of this role.
As for product behaviors, this role should over index on focus on users, deliver results, dive deep, have courage.
Job Skills:
Aim for solid product management skills to better align solutions to problems.
Experience with 2-3 Workday HCM implementation is desired.
Strong communications skills with an ability to empathize with stakeholders to build trust
