What You'll Do

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you'll partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights that support company growth.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operational data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance.
• Develop reports that support executive decision-making.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes.
• Support long-term financial planning initiatives.
• Build financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Create financial dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reports.
• Develop charts and visualizations to communicate financial performance.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Strategic Finance

• Assist with investment analysis and capital budgeting.
• Support valuation projects and financial research.
• Evaluate ROI and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor market, economic, and industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Gather and validate financial information from multiple departments.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Participate in special projects and business initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, financial formulas)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

Preferred

• Internship or professional experience in finance, accounting, banking, or business analysis
• Experience with financial modeling
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
