About the Position

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in developing a career in life insurance sales.

This is a remote, independent contractor sales position. Representatives work directly with individuals and families to identify insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist clients with applications for appropriate life insurance and retirement-related insurance products.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, banking, financial services, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Training, mentorship, technology resources, product education, and guidance through the insurance licensing process are available.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled phone and video appointments with prospective clients.
  • Learn about clients' financial protection needs and objectives.
  • Educate clients about available life insurance and related insurance products.
  • Explain product features, coverage options, costs, and application requirements.
  • Help clients identify suitable insurance solutions based on their individual circumstances.
  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Complete required carrier, product, compliance, and professional development training.
  • Maintain applicable state insurance licenses and carrier appointments.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and dependable when working with clients.
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and video conference.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote work schedule.
  • Willingness to learn insurance products, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a state life insurance license.
  • Must meet applicable insurance carrier background and appointment requirements.
Licensing

An active life insurance license is preferred but is not required to apply.

Compensation
