Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise deployment, training, and adoption of EOHS risk and incident management workflows, tools, procedures, job aids, templates, presentations, and related resources
- Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert for workflow design, Origami use, risk assessment, incident reporting, corrective action tracking, assessment interpretation, and continuous improvement
- Establish and lead review cadences for assigned businesses/entities to evaluate regulatory applicability, operational risk, control maturity, incident trends, corrective action effectiveness, and alignment to enterprise requirements
- Lead risk assessments to define regulatory program applicability, applicable minimum standards, risk impact, control maturity, and residual risk
- Translate risk assessment results, incident data, corrective action trends, workflow gaps, and enterprise dependencies into priorities, strategies, and improvement plans.
- Lead Risk Action Plan and incident management improvement processes, including action development, stakeholder alignment, intake, triage, classification, investigation support, root cause analysis, CAP alignment, escalation, follow-up, and closure
- Review risk assessments, incident records, corrective action plans, investigation outputs, implementation evidence, and related work products to improve quality, consistency, alignment, and compliance effectiveness
- Partner with Enterprise EOHS, business EOHS leaders, and operational partners to improve reporting quality, regulatory response, learning, tool use, risk evaluation, and gap closure
- Identify enterprise risk, incident, program, and enablement gaps; develop scalable solutions that improve adoption, data quality, operational learning, compliance outcomes, and risk reduction
- Provide dashboards, reports, and trend analysis to highlight recurring risks, incident themes, best practices, improvement progress, and opportunities for leadership action
- Lead functional or segment-level risk and incident management projects, workflow implementations, reporting initiatives, and cross-functional improvement workstreams
- Plan resources and escalate deviations or high-risk items based on enterprise priorities, incident trends, maturity gaps, training needs, tool requirements, and governance expectations
- Maintain knowledge of applicable EOHS rules and regulations and support regulatory, customer, and internal audits or information requests with documentation and evidence of compliance
- Apply a customer-centric approach by understanding stakeholder needs and delivering practical, scalable EOHS solutions to complex risk and incident management challenges
- Strengthen trust, collaboration, open communication, SAFE Culture, safety learning, and proactive risk reduction through consistent engagement with business and enterprise stakeholders
Additional Scope and Guidelines
- Able to travel up to 10-15% of the time
- Recognized as an EOHS risk and incident management expert and trusted advisor for complex workflow, assessment, incident reporting, corrective action, compliance, and continuous improvement needs

- Solves complex problems, develops innovative solutions, and applies sound judgment and conceptual analysis to support business decision-making and risk reduction
